RSVP for Event: XRWC Annual Valentine's Luncheon

To expedite members communicating to each other about plans to attend the event, the form below allows you to RSVP by sending an email to the XRWC webmaster. Use of this form is NOT required - sending in a check will get the list updated - but updating then requires several additional days! Using this emailed information, the sign-up list will normally be updated every day - initially with status R (=RSVP) and then status P (when paid).

Your reservation is incomplete until your check is received! This electronic RSVP is for INFORMATION ONLY. Friend’s attendance plans may be partly based on your RSVP, so we ask that you are truly committed when you respond. One good way of doing this is to fill out the check attachment part of event flyer, make out the check and prepare to mail them before you RSVP.
